How do I book an appointment?

Do you work weekends?

Weekend appointments are in high demand. I only open them for booking about 4 weeks in advance. I post on my socials when I open them.

I don’t see a time/date that works for me do you offer other days?

I offer priority booking appoints OUTSIDE of my regularly scheduled hours. Which is where I come in early, stay late, or come in on my day off for the regular service price plus a 50% service fee.   Otherwise I suggest you keep checking as sometimes I have cancellations. I also always post cancellations on my social media as well.

Do I have to do the new client appointment? 

All new clients must start with a new client appointment. Even if you are not new to curls, you are new to me and we take extra time in the first appointment to get a solid consultation,  give you the perfect cut and also make sure everything springs up the way we assume it will. Existing client cuts are less expensive because at that point I am already familiar with your hair and we are just doing routine maintenance.

Do you take clients who are wavy, curly, coily, type a/b/c, etc?

YES!

The only hair type do not take is straight hair. If you have straight hair I can refer you to an excellent stylist.

Do you offer men’s cuts?

My cuts aren’t gendered. A curly cut is a curly cut. Shorter cuts can take just as long as a longer hair cut (sometimes even longer because all of the detailed blending!)

Do you have children’s appointments?

We take children on a case by case basis. It all depends on their age and maturity level (can they sit still, will we be doing a wash and style bootcamp, etc) and the amount of education you need to properly care for their hair (do you need me to show you how to wash detangle and style their hair, or just need to go over product ingredient education and general hair care tips).

If we are doing the wash and style it is the same price as an adults appointment because it’s the same steps as an adult appointment. If they are too young for a wash and style and we are just doing a cut and product education, it is a discounted rate because we wouldn’t be doing the wash and style.

Can I bring other people/my children to my appointment?

Please keep in mind we are a smaller salon. The first visit and color visits have a long duration, please refrain from bringing unnecessary guests to these appointments. If it is a shorter appointment I do not mind as long as guests are respectful of our space and others.

What is your late/no-show/cancellation policy?

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. Due to the inability to fill that time slot on short notice, the cancellation fee will be equal the cost of your scheduled service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be charged and asked to reschedule.
